The visionary duo behind Androsthea’s groundbreaking Subterranean Villa in Kypri, Andros. Fueled by their shared passion for innovation and a deep connection to the Aegean, Nikolas and Katerina set out to create a unique haven that reflects their love for both the sea and sophisticated design.​With a background steeped in yachting, the couple brings a wealth of experience in crafting luxurious, immersive experiences. Their vision for the subterranean villa was born out of a desire to seamlessly integrate the beauty of Andros with the comforts of modern living.​Drawing inspiration from the vast horizons of the Aegean, Nikolas and Katerina envisioned a retreat where every corner tells a story of their maritime adventures. The result is a meticulously designed villa with 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and a sprawling 350 m² of space that harmonizes contemporary luxury with the charm of traditional Greek aesthetics.
