Androsthea was created by Nikolas and Katerina, whose shared connection to the Aegean and background in yachting inspired a retreat shaped by space, serenity, and thoughtful design. Their aim was simple: to build a residence that feels naturally rooted in the landscape while offering the ease and comfort of contemporary living.
Drawing on years of experience crafting premium maritime experiences, they envisioned a villa where the horizon is ever-present and the architecture reflects the quiet elegance of the Cyclades. The result is a five-bedroom, six-bathroom subterranean residence of 350 m² — a home that blends modern luxury with the timeless character of Andros.
