Villa Rules and Regulations for a Safe and Enjoyable Stay
We want our guests to have a relaxing and safe holiday at Androsthea. Please review and comply with the following rules and regulations to ensure a wonderful experience for all.
All reservations are made for a specific number of guests (maximum 16). No additional guests are permitted unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Check-in begins at 16:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Late check-out is possible but subject to availability and additional charges. You must be available 30 minutes before departure (10:30) for villa inspection.
The villa is for residential use only. No illegal substances, parties, or events are permitted. Guests cannot sublet the villa to others not included in the booking.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Guests may smoke on balconies, terraces, or gardens only. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in charges for cleaning and repairs.
Guests are responsible for securing all windows and doors. The villa owners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables.
Guests must use all amenities according to instructions provided. Any damage or disappearance of items will be charged to the guest. The property is not responsible for accidents or injuries.
Use the pool at your own risk. Shower before entering. Do not throw sand in the pool. Maximum depth is 2.20m. No alcohol consumption while swimming. Pool cleaning occurs twice weekly.
Candles are for adult use only. Open fires are strictly prohibited. No BBQ use on days with moderate to strong winds.
Guests will be charged for replacement of lost or mishandled keys.
Report any maintenance problems immediately to the owner. No refunds or rate adjustments can be made for maintenance issues.
Furniture rearrangement is not permitted.
Do not flush personal care products to avoid plumbing issues.
Sun umbrellas should be secured during strong winds and at night.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Respect quiet hours: 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00 during summer.
Inform the owner if all guests will be absent for more than 24 hours.
Housekeeping included every 4 days (4-hour service). Bed linens and towels changed every 4 days.
Staff reserve the right to enter for maintenance and cleaning services with advance notice when possible.
Upon check-in, at least one guest must submit a passport or identity card. A security deposit is required and will be photocopied and returned.
Androsthea offers accessibility for disabled guests. One bedroom is wheelchair accessible.
By accepting your reservation, you assume all risk of harm arising from use of the premises. The property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness.
Any damage to property, furniture, or equipment will be assessed and costs for repairs or replacement will be charged to the responsible guest.
