Two Ways to Save
Whether you are the kind of traveller who plans months in advance or prefers a spontaneous getaway, we have an offer for you.
Book 120+ days before check-in
Reserve your preferred dates at least 120 days before your arrival to qualify for this discount.
Applies to weekly stays only (minimum 7 nights).
Example
A 7-night stay in May at €1,500/night = €10,500 €9,975 — you save €525.
Book within 14 days of check-in
Spontaneous plans? Book up to 14 days before your check-in date and enjoy a larger saving.
Applies to weekly stays only (minimum 7 nights).
Example
A 7-night stay in October at €1,500/night = €10,500 €9,450 — you save €1,050.
July & August — Peak Season
Due to exceptionally high demand during the peak summer months, no discounts are available for stays in July and August. These months offer the warmest waters, the liveliest island atmosphere, and the longest days — making them our most sought-after period.
We recommend booking July and August well in advance to secure your preferred dates, as availability is limited.

Terms & Conditions
Minimum stay requirement
All discounts apply exclusively to weekly rentals — a minimum stay of 7 consecutive nights is required to qualify.
One discount per booking
Discounts cannot be combined. Only one offer (Early Bird or Last Minute) applies per reservation.
Applicable seasons
Discounts are valid for stays in April, May, June, September, and October. July and August are excluded.
Booking date determines eligibility
The discount is calculated based on the date the booking inquiry is submitted, not the date of payment or confirmation.
Subject to availability
Discounted rates are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
Cannot be applied retroactively
Discounts cannot be applied to existing confirmed bookings. They are available only for new reservations.
